First of all the NCR MUST come to you. After exiting the Lucky 38 after complete the quest 'Ring-a-Ding-Ding' After that go to Camp Maclaron and talk to the Bounty hunter and ask where he got the Caps and he will say about the Major. After doing so talk to the Major and ask if you can do a bounty.

Fallout New Vegas Independent Ending Ncr
- I am trying to get the ncr ending. I killed house and caesar and did some mission for the ncr and helped out all the ncr camps and now the only have the yes man mission to do. Fallout 3, 4, 76, New Vegas, and all respective DLC are currently 60-70% off on Xbox/Microsoft store!
- All good factions' and companions' most positive outcomes after aiding the NCR throughout the game and siding with them at the end. Evil factions got what th.
- The end slide says people vanish with little or no evidence against them. The man is corrupt. And my NCR option is when you go and join house, he kicks the ncr out and sends securitrons to spy thinking they may be ncr loyal, he taxes them too. Taxes give house money to rebuild thats good, and robots protect the people thats good.
