I created commandline.txt in Gta 4 folder. Here is what I type in there: -nomemrestrict -novblank -percentvidmem 2050 -noprecache -dx9 -availablevidmem 22 -nonprecache -nomemrestrict -minspecaudio -refreshrate 60 Even though I have these in the txt file, the resources usage stuck at 57MB for no reason. Commandline.txt - file with additional game settings. In the archive there are 2 options for the settings, for medium and weak PCs. The option for medium-sized PCs is also great for high-end PCs. In these files, only the teams personally verified by me, all other commands that cause problems in the game process, I ruled out. When I launch it, Rockstar Social Club just pops up asking me to log in and after I click Play or Play Offline, the game starts and commandline.txt doesn't work just as if it's ignored.
